Bishop Clarence Robert Williams Jr. is the founder of Living Word International Ministries and presiding prelate and founder of the Living Word Covenant Fellowship, both located in Junction City, Kansas. Bishop Williams served as a pastor for more than 44 years and has enjoyed his journey of service to others. He is a father, mentor, overseer, prelate, and author. Because of his love for God and people and his passion for empowering the body of Christ to stand firm in their faith and finish strong, Bishop Williams has been entrusted by God to equip believers around the world for building strong families, leaders, and churches that ultimately result in strong communities through the love and compassion of Christ. He has served as a leader of leaders, pastor of pastors, and bishop of bishops, encouraging them to always keep their eyes on Jesus and become the Calebs of their generation.

Bishop Williams is author of the book “Eight People, $76 Dollars, but Led by the Spirit,” a message of hope and inspiration as he shares his personal journey and life-changing experiences to encourage readers to trust God every day and lean on the Holy Spirit for everything. He is also author of the book “Master Your Storm,” a guide to understanding the power we possess to create the outcomes we desire by facing adversity God’s way.

Bishop Williams holds an associate degree in Bible and Pastoral Ministry and bachelor’s degree in Management and Ethics from Manhattan Christian College in Manhattan, Kansas. He also holds a Doctorate in Ministry from Minnesota Graduate School of Theology, Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. Bishop Williams was called to the pastorate in 1980 while stationed in Hohenfels, Germany. Upon his second tour abroad, he also served as pastor in Giessen, Germany. The Vision of Living Word International Ministries gave birth in June of 1992 in Junction City, KS and has grown to encompass the governing body of Living Word Covenant Fellowship, founded in 1999, comprised of churches from across the nation, including Kansas, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Pakistan, South Asia.

Bishop Williams has always led with conviction and humility, exemplifying excellence in every aspect of ministry and leadership by living a lifestyle of integrity before God and the world, and credits all successes in ministry to prayer and the leading and power of the Holy Spirit. His life’s mission and journey are still unfolding.
